Significant operational challenges at Quartz Crystal Spa resulted in inconsistent service of clientele and an unfavorable online reputation. With little ground visibility, this 31st floor spa was not reaching potential local clientele. We were engaged to turn around the spa’s online reputation and position the spa as an industry leader while supporting revenue goals.
We deployed original content and engaged with clients and influencers on five platforms to raise awareness and provide customer service creating a social-optimized email campaign that generating positive online reviews. Vendors were leveraged as strategic online partners to conduct cross-promotion and contesting to give further credibility to the spa’s brand. The spa’s social presence grew from 0 to 3,000 local followers and the spa’s online reputation turned around.
